PeopleStories Academy may be newly launched, but it has been months in the making, and it would not exist without the people who helped turn the idea into reality.

At the centre are Victoria Miloschewsky, Liz Griffin and Robyn Clark.

As the Founder of PeopleStories, Victoria was behind the original idea for the Academy: to create practical leadership and workplace development for organisations in Cambodia, while building a more sustainable way to support PeopleStories' education work.

Liz has helped shape the Academy's leadership development strategy, capability framework and flagship LEAD – Emerging Leaders Program, bringing extensive experience in leadership and organisational development.

Robyn has brought her learning design expertise to the development of the programs, creating practical workshops, activities and learning experiences that help participants build real leadership capability.

What connects all three is a belief that investing in people creates lasting impact.

As Liz puts it: "It's been fulfilling to see the PeopleStories Academy evolve from a concept into a high-quality leadership offering with the potential to make a lasting impact on individuals, organisations and communities."

And for Robyn, the motivation is equally personal:

"The chance to give back and create a lasting impact through education is something I'm truly passionate about. After many months of collaboration, witnessing the Academy come to life is incredibly rewarding."

For Victoria, this next chapter is about taking the mission of PeopleStories further, creating opportunities not only for children in rural Cambodia, but also for the leaders, teams and organisations helping shape Cambodia's future.

The Academy is only just beginning, and we're excited for what comes next.
