PeopleStories is dedicated to empower children breaking the cycle of poverty through the power of education.
Sarted in 2017, School for Life is a multi-level scholarship programme that supports rural children access quality education. The levels of scholarship include:

Jumpstart - It is for children who are studying in secondary school between Grade 7 to 9.

Springboard - Aims to support high school children between Grade 10 and 12.

STEM for Girls - A scholarship program that aims to promote greater gender equality with girls for their STEM high school education. This program involves relocating talented girls from the villages to the capital of Phnom Penh for their high school education with a focus on STEM and career.

Elevate - A work experience programme that helps youth become more employment ready.

Rising Star - Our top tier of scholarship supporting youth to attend university education.
Since 2017, we have provided 1,198 annual scholarships.

Why School For Life?
20% students dropped out of school when transitioning from junior secondary to high education in Cambodia (2015/16)
Supports 173 students, aged between 11 and 18 attend from the 5 nearby villages
In the rural area of Siem Reap, students tend to live a very basic and simple life

Their support and guidance is imperative in helping children to complete school.
These bikes will not only provide mobility, but will change their lives as they become more educated.
