Setting goals and going for them is the secret to my success

"My happiest moment in life...  it has to be when I was 18, and won the scholarship to study cooking in Thailand!  Yes, being a chef has always been my goal and my biggest inspiration came from my father who is a chef too.   When

comparing to other friends of mine, I guess that my growing up hasn't been as tough... I came from a relatively large family and fortunately received support from my family for my university education.   Having said that, I had to work and study hard in order to get where I am now.  I am the head chef of a boutique and luxury hotel in the centre of Siem Reap.  Recently, I won a gold and a sliver medals from one of the international cooking competitions in Thailand.  The secret to my success is to set goals and work hard to achieve them!  I am 26 years old now and a father of my son who is 2 years old.  My dream now is to become a Master Chef on TV and have the ability to promote Khmer food to the rest of the world."
