Go Away Pain...

"This BBQ food store is a couple of kilometers away from my home and I normally walk here and back.  I come here 3 times a week because my daughter is married to the family.  I am a rice farmer and have 6 children.  I don't have enough money to keep all my children in school and only 1 of them is studying now.  Very often, I have this serious headache and I can not bear with the pain sometime.  I don't visit the doctor as it costs money, however, if tourists give me medicine and I will take them."
