Celebration of the Beauty of Life - Bike for Life Highlights all this week!
To celebrate Bike for Life, students from the Phum Ou Primary School beautifully performed the Khmer classical Apsara dance. Apsaras’ dance is an essential part of the Khmer culture. In 2003, the UNESCO recognised the Apsara dance as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. It is the very first time that a cultural element of Cambodia appears on this list. PeopleStories delivered this week Bike for Life in the rural area of Siem Reap in Cambodia. Bike for Life has empowered 93 children and their families with mobility, enabling children with access to education regularly. Our sincere thanks to all the supporters!
